Our client is looking to recruit a FS regulatory associate to support the corporate/ private equity and investment fund formation teams.The firm is one of the most highly regarded US practices in London with a pre-eminent client base, an entrepreneurial and commercial culture, a flat structure and a quick career path to partnership for talented Associates. . You will work with a Partner and be an integral part of the corporate/ investment funds team. You should have a working knowledge of the FSA and the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive. Our client is open to receiving applications from talented lawyers in this field who wish to work part time.
