Approach
Partner Appointments: We have significant expertise on advising lawyers at salaried and equity level. We can advise on complex issues involving tactical negotiations, client followings, restrictive covenants, extrication from partnership deeds, resignation procedures, notice periods and any other specific queries which may arise.
Assistants/Associate Solicitors: We provide the most comprehensive Career Planning and Recruitment Service available. Our experienced consultants are able to provide an objective overview of the market place in relation to individual requirements.
Legal Executive Division: Anakin Seal launched the first national recruitment division dedicated to the recruitment of non-admitted fee-earning staff. This incorporates Fellows, Members and Trainees of the Institute of Legal Executives, paralegals and others with fee-earning experience.
Legal Support Division
We offer a comprehensive range of legal support staff from junior legal administrators, legal secretaries, receptionists, and document production technicians through to senior partner PA’s. Providing the highest calibre of candidates, we provide support staff on both a permanent (full time and part time) and temporary basis (fixed term or temporary). Our unique testing and training programme ensures that all candidate skills are evaluated and update at all times.
Locum & Contract Division:
Anakin Seal now has a dedicated locum and contract division placing lawyers, legal executives and paralegals into private practice, public sector and commerce and industry. Due to high demand for locums, we have recruited a consultant with considerable experience to deal with locums at all levels.
