They wish to remain working within the legal profession, but are looking for alternatives to regular private practise employment. They enjoy good quality legal work, flexibility and freedom whilst benefiting from being part of a successful team.
CLD's team of 42 solicitors operate in several different ways and often enjoy working from home on an hourly basis. At other times they can spend 2 months helping out a busy firm or, say, 6 months providing maternity cover. Variety is the spice that helps keep their life interesting.
