Capsticks Solicitors LLP is the leading provider of legal services to the healthcare sector and acts for over 150 healthcare clients, including NHS Trusts and Health Authorities, the NHSLA, regulatory bodies, charities and independent healthcare providers. We are a full service commercial law firm and with over 135 fee earners focusing on healthcare in our London and Birmingham offices we know the healthcare business better than anyone else.
Many of our lawyers are independently recognised as leaders in their specialities and because of our reputation for quality we are instructed in many of the most complex, controversial and politically sensitive cases. These range from defending a judicial review of the decision to reconfigure health services in East Kent to ground-breaking cases concerning patients’ consent to medical treatment, high-profile Inquiries such as the Victoria Climbie case and multi-million pound development projects under the Private Finance Initiative.
