DLA Piper ("DLA Piper") was formed on 1 January 2005 following the merger of DLA in the UK, Europe and Asia and Piper Rudnick and Gray Cary in the US. The merged firm comprises over 3,200 lawyers in 63 offices in 24 countries across the world, making us one of the world's largest global legal services organisations.
As the only truly integrated UK practice, DLA Piper has a significant base in the City backed by an extensive network of national offices in Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds, Bradford, Manchester, Liverpool, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
