Let's start with holiday
Naturally, there's plenty of paid holiday, pro-rated for part-time employees, and you may be able to buy or sell up to 1 week's holiday time. What's more, all employees get one 'floating day' on top of their annual holiday to be used around Christmas.

What about hours?
