Our Firm
With 16 partners and 140 staff based in six offices around the county, Hart Brown is the largest law firm based solely in Surrey. Established in 1919, our growth has been the result of recommendation and repeat business from loyal clients.
We offer a wide range of services to both business clients and private individuals. All our lawyers are specialists, experts in their chosen field and fully up to date with the latest developments. The firm also has a dedicated financial services department which caters for both businesses and individuals.

Our Offices
We have six offices in West Surrey: Guildford (Walnut Tree Close and Bedford Road), Woking, Godalming, Cranleigh and Cobham. The Guildford offices are modern and open plan whilst the other offices provide the opportunity to work as part of a smaller team but with the infrastructure associated with a larger organisation.
As a modern, forward-thinking law firm we recognise the importance of the use of IT in the delivery of quality professional services. All our offices are networked with up to date voice and data systems. Our continual investment ensures that our staff have access to state of the art systems including a database of client/matter, financial and time records, electronic diary and case management.
Our People
We understand that our “product” is our people. As an Investor in People, we run a continuous programme of in-house and external training for all staff. This training programme not only equips staff with the necessary technical legal skills, but also interpersonal skills such as dealing with people, public speaking, marketing and networking.
