Areas of Business
Our Clients are companies and law firms that operate in every business sector throughout the United Kingdom.
Our Solicitors
Our solicitors have extensive commercial post qualification experience currently averaging 12 years. They work on a self-employed basis and operate from a home office or such other suitable location such as the clients' office. They enjoy the flexibility and freedom that self-employment brings and find working directly for clients an extremely motivating and rewarding experience. They are hard working and extremely reliable but all have lives to live outside the law.
We interview all suitable applicants at our offices in London. One previous employer references is required.
Working in this way can be very appropriate for individuals whose family or other commitments favour flexibility. The combination of working on your own terms, recovering your work-life balance and the lack of bureaucracy makes this type of work extremely attractive. Applicants are asked to state in their email applications any particular circumstances that make consultancy work more suitable or desirable to them.
The Rewards and the Benefits
Keystone enables its solicitors to enjoy all the freedom and flexibility that comes with self-employment, but without the need to establish their own law firm. Start up costs and risk are negligible whilst solicitors take advantage of the following support structure:
- Keystone branding (email account, business card, stationery, website)
- Marketing support and advice
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Invoicing and credit control
- Banking and client account facilities
- Precedent and other databases
- Additional client work (as required)
- Secretarial support
This support structure allows our solicitors to focus on providing an excellent legal service directly to the client. Pursuant to the Just Rewards Programme, solicitors receive 80% of fees and generous remuneration for work done by other solicitors on clients that they have been brought in to the firm. |
