LHP Law LLP deals with private client and commercial law work across three offices. Our private client department deals with Wills and Probate work of all kinds of values and Family and Matrimonial problems. Our Residential Conveyancing team is one of the most experienced around and can guarantee a successful transaction with the clients taken care of and with little fuss.
Where our departments start to merge between private client and commercial law we have our Personal Injury department who has expertise dealing with huge companies and individuals. The same can be said of our Employment law team.
Our litigation team is extremely busy at the moment in the current climate and have particular expertise in debt collection, and our Commercial Conveyancing team work with all sizes of business from individual start ups to multinationals.
Our offices are located in Bath, Bristol and Redditch. We have had an office in Bath for over 300 years, making us one of the oldest law firms in the South West. This does not mean we only focus on regional work, we have many clients from around the country. Bath, Bristol and Redditch are all lovely areas of the country to work and what ever you enjoy it can be found a short distance from any of the offices. Birmingham is a short trip up the M5 from the Redditch office, and Bristol is 25 minutes drive and just over 10 minutes on the train from the Bath office.
The firm is extremely friendly and welcoming and prides itself on the relationship that staff have. This enables every one to work well and get the work done to a high degree.
