Maturelawyers is the new venture from Matureappointments.com which has developed a unique approach to executive and professional recruitment with matureaccountants.com, the award winning web site which was set up by Chartered Accountant Martin Lloyd-Penny in 2005.
Experience is often seen as synonymous with age, but we don’t see it that way. Many of our candidates will be in their 40s and 50s, but you can be “experienced” in your 20s if you have the right combination of expertise in your chosen field and common sense and business acumen. For an employer, experienced candidates demonstrate the following valuable characteristics:
• They can hit the ground running and need little training or supervision
• They work equally well in teams or alone
• They've seen it all before and are not easily fazed by new or difficult situations
• Stability
For clients we offer very competitive terms with recruitment fees starting from 20% of the salary. As a former Head of Legal of a listed company, I have experienced the frustration of trying to find decent candidates and understand what companies are looking for when recruiting lawyers. We can offer a bespoke service for each vacancy and will do as little or as much of the process as the client requires. We pride ourselves on being very responsive, and on our ability to provide a first-class personal service.
