Shilton Sharpe Quarry has offices in Melbourne and Sydney headed by Nicola Morris. We concentrate on assisting Australian and New Zealand lawyers seeking to relocate to Europe, the Middle East and Asia. We also recruit lawyers on behalf of law firms, companies and banks in Australia. We provide an exceptional service to candidates seeking to work internationally.

Shilton Sharpe Quarry is a unique force in legal recruitment. Our organisation was established in February 2003 by Nick Shilton (previously a lawyer with Linklaters) and Gavin Sharpe (previously a lawyer with Allen & Overy) who have approximately 15 years’ combined recruitment experience. In May 2005 we were joined by Gareth Quarry, who founded one of the most successful legal recruitment intermediaries of the last decade, Quarry Dougall/the QD Group. All our recruitment consultants are qualified lawyers and committed to the highest standards of excellence. We are instructed by all the major UK and US law firms and provide them with recruitment and strategic assistance. We assist all lawyers from NQs to partners and teams and have been responsible for some of the most prominent partner moves in recent times in London, Germany, Italy, Spain and France. We are proud to have developed a recruitment consultancy that stands apart from its competitors in every sense.
A candidate's career should come before our commission. It does.
Our UK team is trained in the implementation of psychometric assessments. Our instinct is good but we supplement it by taking a more scientific approach as well.
