As you would expect from a firm run along modern management lines the firm is managed by a Management Team (which consists of 3 senior lawyers, the Senior Partner, the Practice Manager and Head of Finance). The Management Team define the strategy and manage the delivery of the firm's future vision. The Management Team draw upon the expertise of professional support departments (Marketing, Human Resources, Information & Communication Technology and Office Facilities) in order to achieve this.
