We are a top 50 UK law firm with 45 partners and over 740 staff. Situated in Leeds we work together as one team, in one location, with one focus – our relationship with clients. Our single location environment encourages a dynamic and cohesive team spirit which is never compromised by geography or the administrative burden of inter-office politics.
We haven’t achieved success by exploiting our assistants. People perform well at Walker Morris because they are given the space and responsibility to develop, not because they are subjected to overbearing billable hours targets.
