Our firm
We are a well established international law firm yet you will find that we have retained an enterprising culture and have a young and dynamic partnership. Today we have offices in London, Athens, Paris, Rome, Hamburg, New York, Singapore and Bangkok. We are organised into five international practice groups: Shipping Finance, Project and Structured Finance, Corporate, Litigation and Tax. Across this network our lawyers advise on English, French, Russian, Thai, New York and US Federal law, working together on complex, multi-jurisdictional projects as an integrated, international team.
