Background
Adept Recruitment was established in 1992 and operates from prestigious offices based in Covent Garden. We are a fast growing, forward thinking independent company that has earned a reputation of excellence within the Legal Finance sector. In the last few years we have grown significantly in line with demand from the Legal market and as a result have the ability to provide recruitment solutions at all levels.
The Division
Adept Recruitments Legal Division has been operating successfully since1997, supplying a wide range of Finance, Systems & Costs professionals of salaries upto £100,000 + and to a wide range of English, European and US Law firms. Specialist Recruitment Areas
Legal Finance Team
The Consultants within the Legal Division have the ability and resources to provide high calibre and experienced Legal Support Staff throughout the Finance.
As we have been established a number of years we have amassed a database of 3500 legal candidates, ensuring we have access to fill any vacancies that are registered quickly and efficiently.
Whilst we retain a majority of our focus on Law firms in London and the Home Counties we have been instructed by clients throughout the UK and successfully sourced applicants to a varying range of vacancies.
Legal Costs Team
In 2002, we established a specialist division focusing on Costs Professionals providing unrivalled service placing Costs Draftspersons with 6 months+ experience through to Senior Managers looking for up to £100K.
During this time we have established ourselves as market leaders throughout the UK, from working in-line with demand from both Cost Agencies and In-House departments. We have also established close ties with the ALCD to ensure that our consultants keep abreast of changes within the Costs marketplace.
We have built strong relationships with many Clients based in Northern England including, Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield and Leeds. However we service throughout the UK and also a strong presence in London, Birmingham and Bristol.

Judy Bourouf – Temporary/Interim Recruitment Consultant – Legal Finance
Judy joined the Adept Accountancy Team in 1998 bringing with her 10 years of accountancy recruitment experience. Throughout her career she has forged very strong Client and Candidate relationships due to her honest, loyal and hardworking approach.
Max Randria – Permanent/Interim Recruitment Consultant- Legal Finance
Max graduated from Tasmania University 2004 with a BA Majoring in HR. He has been with Adept for approximately 2 years and has become a successful consultant due a keen eye for detail and his ability to listen and understand fully his candidate and client requirements.
Wayne Butler – Permanent/Interim Recruitment- Legal Finance
Wayne has recently joined Adept to help with the ever growing number of Legal vacancies that we are registering and to develop the accountancy team further. He has over 5 years Accountancy Recruitment experience in a professional independent firm where his training has been based on professionalism and first class customer service.
Ben Pitts - Recruitment Consultant – Legal Costs Specialist
Ben studied IT at Middlesex University and graduated in 2003. After carefully considering his career options he moved into a Top 5 Finance Recruitment Agency where he was fully trained in the role of a Recruitment Consultant. Ben wanted to move into a niche market and joined Adept Legal Finance in the Legal Costs Division.
He has proved to be a very conscientious member of the team focusing hard on the complexities of Costs Drafting procedures to ensure that he can give the best service to his Clients and Candidates as possible. The results of his hard work is currently being reflected in the increasing success that the Division is having under his direction. |
