We adopt a balanced working style - working hard when clients or deals demand it but keeping more sensible hours for the rest of the time. Combined with the relatively short time it takes to travel to and from the office, this provides a quality of life not generally available in London. Many of us have worked previously for London firms and made the decision to cut the commuting and 'get a life'.
