WHO ARE WE? We are a medium-sized City of London law firm. Our practice is primarily commercial, servicing the needs of a wide range of listed and unlisted UK companies, multinationals, foreign corporations and Government departments. We also advise entrepreneurs on establishing new ventures and small companies on expanding their businesses.
WHAT DO WE SPECIALISE IN? The Firm has five main departments: Corporate; IP and Technology; Real Estate; Regulatory; and Litigation, Employment, Aviation and Travel. Other areas in which the Firm has a leading reputation are: corporate tax; employee share schemes; pensions; investment funds and products; commercial litigation; partnership; public & regulatory; aviation; tourism; franchising; personal injury and medical negligence.

HOW DO WE ACHIEVE THIS? We believe that we offer a happy place to work and our low turnover figures confirm this. We also subscribe to the view that our fee earners and support staff are more proactive, creative and productive if they also have a home life! Our Client base (both established and entrepreneurial) is seen as high-profile, successful, dynamic and we believe that these qualities are reflected in the staff we recruit and retain.
People are encouraged to meet other members of their new teams before they decide whether or not to join us so that they can get an uncensored view of what it is like to work here. We provide a 3-day Induction Programme so that people can get to grips with our IT and general procedures before they actually start work.

We are based very near Tower Hill and Fenchurch Street stations in the City of London and are surrounded by well patronised wine bars, restaurants and convenient shops.
