Partner - Finance - ECM/DCM - US Securities - London
US Qualified - Finance lawyer
We have a unique relationship with this London office of an International, New York based firm that has a wonderful opportunity for a talented senior level finance lawyer to join its dynamic US Securities team advising on high quality transactional work. Due to growth, their London team is expanding and seeks an additional partner or partner designate with U.S. securities expertise to assist in the strategic growth of the US Securities Group within the London practice. A strong ECM and straight debt background is essential. You will be a partner or a senior associate with at least 7 years post qualification experience working with a leading city or a magic circle transactional practice and experience with cross boarder transactions. You will work with a premier team of lawyers and be exposed to a wide variety of transactions as a key part of this team of specialist lawyers.
