Pensions Lawyer – Brighton
Maternity Cover – One year Contract
The leading pensions regulatory body, based in Brighton, are looking for a Defined Benefits pensions lawyer to cover a maternity break for one year.
You will advise their operational teams and the regulator’s management on both defined benefit and defined contribution pension scheme related casework.
The ideal candidate will provide pensions law advice to inform policy work being conducted by the regulator, and in relation to applications for clearance. Cases requiring legal input may be contentious or non-contentious and the pensions lawyer will work alongside experienced litigators on cases where the regulator is seeking to exercise its powers.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience with the leading regulatory body and to work with some of the industry’s leading lawyers.
