Residential Investment Paralegal - Kent

Our client is one of the leading law firms in the South East of England and they have a significant Residential Property team. They currently have a vacancy for an ILEX with house builder fee earning experience.

The Role
An interesting vacancy, with opportunity to work in the High Net Worth residential investment team, dealing with House Builders, completions, deeds and all relevant aspects of property investment.

The Real Estate Practice area includes a small team of specialists who deal almost exclusively with institutional property transactions for house builders. Clients range from "household names" to smaller developers and their institutional team has a reputation for highly effective, innovative, responsive and friendly service. It is intended that the post-holder will provide administration support to this team.

With main areas of work including:
• Issuing of contract packs
• Producing invoices
• Setting up and monitoring completions
• Doing exchange, completion and some post-completion correspondence
• Closing files and preparing archive files
• Logging Deeds
• File stocking
• Maintaining effective filing and diary systems
