In House Senior Legal Adviser - Flexible Working

Our client is a household name PLC seeking to strengthen its legal team with a number of experienced lawyers. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy whilst working within a supportive team.

They are seeking lawyers to take senior roles, working with the business and senior management on a range of legal issues. You will particularly work closely with the procurement team. You will take responsibility for advice on a range of contracts and legal issues, particularly in regard to IT and IP matters. You will also manage legal and regulatory proceedings and work alongside the business to assess potential corporate activity.

You will possess strong contracts experience, particularly in regard to procurement and complex matters. Exposure to managing other lawyers and working with management at a senior level is also a benefit. You must be a team player with the confidence to work autonomously.

This position could be based in their North West or Yorkshire offices and can involve some home-working as well as flexible working hours.
