High Level Corporate Paralegal £28-33,000 at US Law Firm - Legal Assistant

New York Law firm is looking to recruit a new paralegal to join their Corporate department, on a permanent basis and are looking for an intensive, high level paralegal where there is the opportunity of undertaking overtime. This firm is looking for a candidate who has previously worked at a high level, where you have been exposed to clients, drafting and transaction involvement. This firm is under 200 in size and has 2 existing corporate paralegals that support all areas under the corporate umbrella and need their Paralegals to step up and take responsibility in an autonomous capacity. Ideally looking for candidates with good level experience of at least 12 months, preferably from within a City law firm and ideally a 2:1 degree and are LPC qualified. Offices are based in the City and standard hours are 9:30 - 17:30 - however a flexible attitude is needed as there is a good chance there will be overtime.
