My Client is leading L500 Essex based legal practice currently searching for a 2+years PQE Solicitor to join their Commercial Property Department.
The Commercial Property Department is looking to recruit a fee-earner, preferably with some experience in Commercial Property and working as part of a Commercial Property team. The role involves dealing with commercial leases, acting for landlords and tenants, 1954 Act procedures, acquisition and disposal of large commercial properties, commercial developments.
