A leading law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced head of recruitment within a newly created role. This role will have responsibility to set strategy for both experienced hire and graduate recruitment, as well as managing the team who will deliver. There will also be an element of hands on delivery within the position.
The role will require an individual who has outstanding client relationship and engagement skills, combined with previous experience working across graduate recruitment and experienced hire. Our client is seeking candidates who have experience working within a law firm or potentially a similar accountancy, consulting or property firm.
