Location: Reading / Birmingham
Salary: £Competitive Dependent on experience
View Legal are currently seeking a corporate lawyer, with 2-5 years PQE, to join our client’s award winning Corporate Group, which is regularly instructed on £100m plus deals
The successful candidate will be 2-5 years PQE Solicitor/Associate into their Thames Valley or Birmingham teams, although they will also be keen to meet with candidates who are 1 year qualified or alternatively with more than 6 years PQE
This is a great opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded corporate solicitor to be fully involved in a wide range of top end corporate transactional matters and work closely with clients from various sectors. The team has advised public and private companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle from financing and development funding to M&A, MBO and MBI transactions and investments.
In addition to an excellent academic record and training with a leading city, national or regional firm, the successful candidate will offer strong corporate transactional expertise and outstanding client relationship skills.
