Evening Legal Secretary 4pm to 11:30pm at US Law Firm £41,500 + £3K Travel

Ever expanding US law firm is now looking to hire a new Evening Legal Secretary to start asap. This role will be a stand-alone position so candidates that are happy to work on their own and can undertake all the relevant document editing, creation and production without additional support is essential – plus you will be asked to assist with secretarial/PA work where necessary as often there will be Fee-Earners still working late in to the evening/night who will need support as and when. This firm is based in stunning offices in the City. Candidates must have previous legal experience ideally from across more than one commercial practice area plus it would be beneficial should you have previously worked evenings or in a Document Production team. Hours will be 4pm to 11:30pm however a flexible attitude will be needed as there could be overtime. On top of fantastically generous salary there will be an additional £3,000 travel allowance to assist, should you choose to drive, with parking and congestion.
