Our client, a specialist employment practice, is seeking to recruit a talented associate, ideally at the 2+ PQE level, to join its City office.
You will join a team which is expert in advising its enviable client base across a broad spectrum of high-value contentious work. You will have a varied workload which will have a strong claimant basis, predominantly acting on severance negotiations for individuals and advising employer clients. In addition, you will play an active role in the business development of the practice.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ demonstrable employment experience derived from a recognised practice, and will have a desire to undertake considerable claimant work. Previous high court litigation experience is advantageous, but not essential. A strong academic record, specialist technical ability and first-rate interpersonal skills are further pre-requisites.
For more information on this opportunity, please contact Nick Smetana.
Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
