Our client, a leading firm in Southport are looking to recruit a residential conveyancer to join their busy team on a locum basis.
The Firm
The firm are a busy, private practice organisation with multiple offices across the North of England. This progressive and forward thinking firm would provide a friendly and enjoyable environment to work in.
The Role
The role will entail you to deal with a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing including standard sales and purchases, some remortgages and transfer of equity.
The Person
The successful candidate for this role will be a residential conveyancing solicitor with 2+PQE. You will ideally have some experience of volume conveyancing and will be able to hit the ground running within this busy firm.
