US LAW FIRM CORPORATE ASSOCIATE 6MONTHS+PQE

This Wall Street Law firm acts on some of the largest M&A deals globally with a London office that is central to many of those transactions. Due to continue growth their partners are looking to hire an additional associate to work closely with them and the senior associates in the team. You’ll have the opportunity to do a broad spread of corporate work and be given plenty of scope to take on a high level of autonomy and responsibility along with the opportunity to liaise directly and build relationships with clients. You’ll have at least 6 months post qualification experience in corporate from a magic circle, silver circle, or leading US law firm equivalent, a minimum of a 2:1 degree and be keen to do work at the highest level. This firm has excellent training and is very integrated as a firm with opportunities being offered to take up posts in the US from time to time. Top of the market remuneration is on offer.
