Due to continued growth, the firm are now seeking to appoint 2 Lawyers within the corporate team based in Leeds.Day to day you will be handling mainly private company based matters including private equity and venture capital based transactions. From business start-ups and formations through to mergers and acquisitions, drafting shareholder agreements, disposals and re-organisations. This is a Partner led organisation and they have a relaxed yet very professional approach to work, their client's needs are priority and the business is growing and flourishing because of the people they employ.
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be NQ - 3 years PQE with seats in Corporate transactional work or Banking. What is a given is that the appointed person will be technically competent, have the ability to develop business and will come with a proven track record in working as part of a successful team. Strong academics are a must for this role.
