This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial lawyer to take on an interesting and challenging role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen and demonstrable experience in commercial law. You will be involved in a broad range of general commercial work including; drafting and negotiating a wide variety of general commercial contracts and providing sound legal advice to all areas of the business. You will be expected to advise on a broad range of legal matters to senior board members.
Experience within marketing is desirable.
This position is best suited for a 4-6 PQE lawyer although anyone with the right experience may apply.
