My client is a well respected full service firm recognised in the Legal 500 for it's various specialist departments. They pride themselves on their dedication to their clients, and are renowned for their excellent customer/client care.
Owing to an increase in volume my clients Residential Conveyancing team requires assistance from an experienced qualified locum solicitor to help ease the current high volumes of new cases they are receiving on a day to day basis.
The role will be to assist the existing team in all areas of residential conveyancing. The successful candidate will be a seasoned specialist, who can hit the ground running.
You will be responsible for domestic conveyancing files in all manners of freehold, leasehold sales and purchases, equity transfers, re-mortgages and repossession transactions.
The successful applicant will be a qualified solicitor - who can exhibit a strong background in Residential Conveyancing.
The successful candidate will be fast paced, outgoing and able to quickly adapt to a new team environment.
They will have a proven track record in residential conveyancing.
They will be articulate, accurate and procedural in their approach, and have the ability to clearly explain legal matters to clients in a fluid and concise manner to enable clients to have the best understanding of their affairs.
My client is a well known full service firm based in North Birmingham , and Shropshire.
With an excellent reputation, my client is looking to take on a locum Residential conveyancer on as a temporary hirer, however depending on volume this role may be on-going, and may become permanent should the relevant locum be interested.
