Industrial Disease Solicitor
A well established and rapidly growing firm based in Bolton are currently recruiting a number of Industrial Disease solicitors due to planned expansion and the creation of two new teams. The firm specialise in RTA, Clinical Negligence, EL/PL and Disease cases but are also expanding into commercial disciplines such as Employment Law and Real Estate with a view to becoming a full service law firm.
You will be managing a diverse caseload of litigated, claimant Industrial Disease files from inception through to completion including: deafness, VWF, HAVS and/or asbestosis. You must also possess good IT and time management skills alongside the ability to work well under pressure.
The firm offer a competitive salary (guideline of up to £27,000) along with an attractive bonus scheme, coupled with the opportunity to work in a thriving company offering full support and ongoing progression.
More experienced solicitors and candidates with managerial experience are also encouraged to apply for this role.
