Rare opportunity for a consumer credit specialist to make their mark as a professional support lawyer as part of a wider financial services team. To suit a solicitor with significant experience of consumer credit law under the old regime plus experience of the current regulatory changes. A background in financial services law is highly desirable. Full time ideal. 4 days considered.
THE ROLE
Working as part of the financial services team this specialist role will focus on updating and developing consumer credit know-how for the financial services team and other practice areas where relevant.
ABOUT YOU
This role would suit an experienced candidate who identifies as a consumer credit specialist with experience gained under both the old and new regulatory regimes. This experience may have been gained at a law firm, the bar, in-house or a regulator. In addition to your consumer credit expertise, knowledge and experience of financial services law and regulation is highly desirable. You will need to demonstrate a dynamic, enthusiastic approach to the technical aspects of the law and enjoy working as part of a team.
