Our client is a well established and rapidly expanding supplier of cloud based technologies to the legal and professional service sectors. With business going through a period of rapid and sustained expansion, it is now seeking two further Infrastructure Support Engineers to join its busy team based in the City.

The roles will involve delivering third line telephone support to its clients, managing infrastructure in its state of the art datacentre and attending client sites across London.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated, self starter who is eager to gain knowledge of specialised systems in the legal industry.

Key Responsibilities will include:
Deliver 3rd line telephone support to our client base through our escalations policies
Log support tickets on its ticketing system
Closely work with the Infrastructure Manager and Technical Director in delivering and maintaining client infrastructure
Identify and introduce new IT procedures to facilitate greater efficiency
Assisting the Infrastructure Manager in meeting the reporting needs of the company
Deliver on-site support across sites in and around London
Play an active role in system maintenance procedures
Updating Legal Databases

Skills Required

Post Graduate completed a Computer Science degree, BTEC National diploma or similar
Previous experience in a technical helpdesk environment.
Previous experience in infrastructure management.
Strong proven knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
A good understanding of printing technologies
Excellent communication skills
Ability to discuss user issues in non-technical language, as appropriate
Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment
Technical skills:
Must have experience of:
VMWARE
Basic Routing and Networking experience ideally ( Cisco and Junipers)
NAS and SAN storage clusters

Desirable Skills
Database knowledge, especially MS SQL Server
Experience in Practice Management Systems (Legal or Finance)
Routing and VPN experience
Linux
