Commercial Solicitor - Experienced commercial solicitor required for commercial opportunity with expanding North West firm. The successful commercial solicitor will have 5 years PQE or equivalent, although this is a guideline only and all commercial solicitors with the relevant experience will be considered. Your workload will involve a range of commercial matters including; business mergers, sales and purchase, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and company re-organisations. You will be joining a skilled and knowledgeable commercial department that is experiencing a period of growth. This commercial role is being recruited on a contract or temporary basis, but there are strong prospects of permanency with this role. There is also some corporate work involved. This corporate commercial role offers a unique opportunity in a niche commercial firm to work on high quality files with an enviable investor client base.
