Our client is a large international corporation active in three continents.
Due to major expansion and acquisitions the legal team is currently looking for a Banking and Finance lawyer to join the their well-regarded legal team in London.
This is a unique opportunity for a Banking lawyer to join a large corporation in a finance transactional role. Ideally you will have broad experience in Leverage Finance, Acquisition Finance, Bonds, Loans and Structured Finance transactional work.
Our client is looking at UK Qualified Solicitors with 4-5 years' pqe in a leading law firm or currently in-house in a financial institution.
