Our client, a Cambridge based business is looking for a Contracts Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave, starting in November.
The successful candidate will find this an exciting and challenging role in a friendly environment. The role is part of a supportive team which provides full sales response to customers in all of their market. This is a wide and encompassing role dealing with all aspects of contract preparation in a dynamic and expanding company.
Main duties of the role:
*Dealing with commercial review of customer enquiries relating to the purchase of their products.
*Reviewing terms and conditions of contracts and advising on the business' exceptions.
*Conducting contract negotiations with customers to agree mutually acceptable contract terms that minimise risk.
*Reviewing customer purchase orders and producing the necessary documentation to process the order to hand over to Project Services.
*Ad hoc duties as required.
You will have completed your LPC and have a minimum of 1 year's in house commercial contracts experience.
