This role is based in Berkshire which is easily commutable from London with direct trains from Paddington taking 25 minutes. This role is likely to continue for at least 6months and would ideally suit a junior-mid level lawyer with solid experience in commercial and technology contracts with a keen interest in the technology/telecommunications industry.
This role covers a breadth of general commercial and technology contracts so you will have strong drafting skills. You will also draft and advise upon software licensing and outsourcing agreements and will provide advice to the business on Intellectual property and competition law.
The position will allow you to develop and hone your skills within an established and supportive team whilst working for a recognised and growing business.
Whilst in-house experience is desired it is not essential. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will strongly partner sales and other teams.
