Our client, a top firm in Lincolnshire, is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property solicitor to join their team on an on-going basis.

The firm are a busy, private practice law firm who have a strong regional reputation. They are a successful firm who has secured multiple awards. This firm would provide a friendly and progressive environment to work in.

The role will entail you dealing with a full commercial property caseload. You will be expected to advise on leases, licenses, acquisitions and a range of landlord and tenant matters on behalf of a number of commercial businesses. You may also be asked to assist on some high end residential conveyancing matters. There is a one to one secretary available with this role.

The ideal candidate for this position will be commercial property solicitor with 2+ PQE. You will have experience in handling your own caseload. The successful candidate will also have sharp commercial acumen.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to join a highly ambitious and motivated firm. This role is for a January start date and will run for approximately 9 months, giving you role security until late 2015.
