1-3 PQE - Commercial/IT/Telecoms - In-house - St Albans
My client is a well renowned, market leading internet service provider They are looking to recruit a lawyer to join their small in-house legal team.
In this position you will work very closely with the business, sitting in management meetings and getting involved in projects from inception to completion. As it is a relatively small team you will have a broad remit and cover a variety of work. For example you will cover commercial contracts, IT, IP, app development, telecoms and data protection.
The ideal candidate will have strong training from a top rated private practice firm. You will have strong drafting and negotiation skills and experience in a range of general commercial contracts. My client will also consider candidates coming from a corporate background. The level of the position would suit someone with 1-3 years PQE. An in-house secondment would be desirable but is by no means a prerequisite. Experience in IT/Telecoms would also be preferable but a strong interest in developments in this sector would suffice.
This position will be varied and challenging and would suit someone who enjoys a fast paced environment.
