In House General Counsel & Corporate Secretary - Switzerland
We seek an experienced lawyer, ideally UK qualified, with significant experience in the commodities trading sector to engage in a General Counsel & Corporate Secretarial role.
You will be able to evidence experience overseeing legal and compliance / governance matters for physical and financial trading of commodities and freight including contentious and non contentious matters
You will provide oversight of legal services and manage legal and compliance matters. You will serve also as Secretary to the Board of Directors.
