Interim Technology Lawyer - Blue Chip

We are working with an international blue chip organisation in Berkshire who is looking to hire a technology lawyer to join their busy team, and to support on a new project.

Working closely with the legal and compliance team, and key business stakeholders you provide advice on technology law, digital technology, data protection and privacy issues. This will include preparing and deploying relevant policies and guidelines, attending weekly meetings such as carrying out subsequent action points and minutes. You will also manage compliance requirements from the organisation's portfolio of digital assets, handling large scale roll outs, technology projects and integrations and assisting with contract drafting.

This role is split between data protection and digital technology and therefore experience of both is preferential. However, candidates with solid IT and technology law expertise would be considered favourably. You will be a junior to mid-level qualified solicitor who is immediately available and who is able to commute daily to the client offices in Berkshire.

You will be mainly handling UK matters, but some international experience would be advantageous.
