We are seeking a Locum Commercial Property Lawyer to join our client's prestigious Midlands office and join their team of established professionals.
Our client is a well established firm with an excellent reputation for providing high quality service to their clients.
Days to day duties:
- Undertaking fee earning work for both private and business clients
- Managing all client work allocated by the [Head of Department/other partners] in accordance with detailed procedures and quality standards contained in the practice's office manual
- Ensuring that all client work is progressed expeditiously and that clients are kept regularly informed on progress and on costs
- Complying with the Solicitors' Accounts Rules and the SRA Code of Conduct 2011
- Maintaining clear and precise communications with other personnel in the practice
- Ensuring good working relationships with external institutions and organisations
The ideal candidate will have Commercial Property Experience as a Lawyer within a Private Practice.
A very competitive hourly rate of £25 - £35 per hour is offered depending upon experience.
