Fast Track RTA Locum, YorkshireThis rapidly expanding firm requires a number of personal injury fee earners to assist with a heavy workload on a locum basis. You will be responsible for a high volume portfolio of personal injury RTA claims including: following the MOJ process from inception through to settlement, reviewing medical reports, valuing claims, researching and obtaining case law on quantum and liability and negotiating with third parties.
Previous experience of managing a caseload of MOJ Portal RTA is essential along with the ability to use a case management system. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are also essential.
This role is likely to run for 3-6 months but there is also the possibility that it could become more permanent.
