Commercial Property Solicitor - Established practice seeks a commercial property solicitor to join them on an on-going temporary basis with a 2 month minimum term, while the firm recruits permanently. Strong commercial property candidates who impress at this stage may be considered for the permanent role in this highly regarded firm. This commercial property opportunity would suit an experienced solicitor or legal executive who can hit the ground running with a busy caseload of various commercial property matters. Experience of landlord and tenant matters, sales and purchase through to completion and plot sales is essential. Experience of separate representation dealing with banks is desirable but by no means essential.

This is an excellent temporary opportunity to work on some high value and interesting commercial property files. Candidates of all levels will be considered as long as they are able to manage a commercial property caseload independently and start immediately.
