Our client operates in the transport sector. The company is entering into a busy time with various initiatives on the horizon and as a result, they are now looking to appoint a commercial lawyer on a temporary basis who will form part of a small, commercially focused legal team.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including contracts with customers and suppliers and IT agreements. You will also advise on construction and litigation matters. This is a diverse role which will cover a broad range of day to day matters for the organisation.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong commercial contracts background. You will be a technically excellent lawyer and will have worked with a reputable law firm or an organisation undertaking a similar, wide ranging role.
