We have been exclusively retained on behalf of our global client to recruit a Manager to head up the firm's plot sales division.
Boasting an outstanding national and international reputation and rated top tier in both Chambers and the L500, they are now seeking a Team Leader to spearhead this growing department.
A superb opportunity offering the successful candidate the chance to become involved in a case load of high quality, high value work on behalf of key developer clients and local authorities, the work involved is both a mix of complex and challenging, regeneration projects.
You will need to be able to demonstrate solid experience of plot sales work acting on behalf of serious developers and working effectively under pressure. Furthermore, you will lead a small team of assistants and be responsible for managing their workload and assisting in the development of their long-term careers.
