Commercial Property Paralegal

Our client is a leading global firm, highly rated in both Chambers and the L500. They are currently looking for experienced Commercial Property Paralegals to be considered for their busy real estate practice in Birmingham.

You will handle a broad range of quality commercial property work on behalf of high profile national and international clients, to include general landlord and tenant work, acquisition, disposal, refinancing and corporate support matters. You will also assist with the commercial property work of some of the firms major retail clients and international investors.

You will be confident in a client-facing role, with a strong commercial awareness and ideally be able to demonstrate an active involvement in business development through marketing and attending networking events.

Your commercial property experience will have been gained with a leading national or regional commercial law firm.
