Residential Conveyancer

Leading national practice seeks residential conveyancers at all levels to join their busy team in Manchester. Applications are welcome from Paralegals, Legal Executives, Licenced Conveyancers or fee-earners qualified by experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Managing a full caseload od residential conveyancing matters including purchases, sales, remortgages and other associated matters for both freehold and leasehold properties.
* Managing files through to exchange and completion.
* Achieving fee income targets to ensure profitable working.
* Achieving completion targets.

This is a busy residential conveyancing department and would suit applicants who thrive on working in a fast-paced environment. In return, you will be rewarded with all the training and support you need to succeed. You must be IT literate, with strong attention to detail and able to demonstrate customer care skills.
